Community & Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Curiomatic’s global social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and X
• Develop and manage character-driven accounts for our gaming titles
• Write sharp, distinctive copy and create recurring bits, formats, and running jokes
• Create and edit short-form video content from initial idea to final cut
• Record voice-overs for social media posts and video responses
• Interact directly with the Rollin' Rascal community via comments and engagement
• Test content formats aggressively and iterate based on performance
• Optimize all social content for hooks, retention, and momentum

Requirements

• Exceptional creative writing skills with a strong, unique voice
• Proven experience growing social media accounts from zero to meaningful scale
• Deep understanding of short-form video production and platform algorithms
• Ability to handle the full video creation process, including editing
• Experience with consumer apps or products (gaming industry experience is a plus, but not required)
• A mindset focused on experimentation and rapid iteration rather than static content calendars
• Ability to balance data fluency with strong creative taste
• Comfort being creative, "weird," and highly engaging in online spaces
