Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand voice by engaging with the audience across social media, forums, and digital platforms
  • Manage social media scheduling and content calendars using planning tools
  • Monitor and moderate brand-owned and non-owned spaces, providing regular social listening reports
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community advocates
  • Track community sentiment and trends to provide actionable insights for marketing and product teams
  • Support the execution of community-driven campaigns, giveaways, and brand activations
  • Assist with offline community building, including events and pop-ups
  • Note: This role follows an evening shift (Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) to support global operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in community management or social media within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and platform-specific requirements for Instagram, TikTok, and others
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a brand-appropriate tone
  • Strong data analysis skills to translate community insights into strategy
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
