Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, Jerry has grown into a top 3 US broker and is expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV management. We have reached over 5 million customers and are focused on making car and home ownership seamless through AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop a playbook for community engagement and posting frequency
• Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
• Build a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social media
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories
• Deep understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora culture
• Strategic understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to write in an authentic, non-corporate tone
