Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support compensation initiatives related to job evaluation, internal equity, market analysis, and survey participation
  • Provide compensation support for Talent Acquisition and HR Services, including job description reviews and changes
  • Participate in third party external market surveys and match internal job equivalents
  • Run reports from HR systems to audit data and support compensation processes
  • Assist with reclassification, promotional adjustments, and new hire salary offers
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain competitive pay programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or five years of HR/Total Rewards experience
  • One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience
  • Ability to work remotely from Ohio, Florida, or Nevada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare compensation experience
  • Experience with market benchmarking analysis software
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Experience using Workday
