Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of salary bands and compensation structures across LATAM and U.S. regions
  • Own benchmarking processes and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in key talent markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define competitive offer strategies and guide high-impact offers
  • Drive internal equity analysis, including compa-ratio reviews and salary structure optimization
  • Manage compensation reporting and analytics, including salary benchmarks, inflation, and exchange rates
  • Build and enhance dashboards and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on compensation decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or similar roles
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Deel, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with contractor models and labor regulations in LATAM and/or the U.S.
