Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of salary bands and compensation structures across LATAM and U.S. regions
- Own benchmarking processes and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in key talent markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to define competitive offer strategies and guide high-impact offers
- Drive internal equity analysis, including compa-ratio reviews and salary structure optimization
- Manage compensation reporting and analytics, including salary benchmarks, inflation, and exchange rates
- Build and enhance dashboards and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on compensation decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or similar roles
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Deel, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Familiarity with contractor models and labor regulations in LATAM and/or the U.S.
