Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical execution of compensation transformation, including job architecture, leveling, and salary structure design
- Design and maintain job families, career levels, and leveling guides
- Conduct market pricing and competitive benchmarking using Radford, Pave, and other data sources
- Build and model salary structures, including pay ranges and geographic differentials
- Manage day-to-day compensation programs such as offer reviews, promotions, and retention awards
- Administer compensation systems and HRIS platforms to ensure data integrity
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, merit planning, and compensation cost modeling
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Partners to support organizational design and competitive offers
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience in a high-growth or technology environment
- Experience designing job architecture, career frameworks, and leveling structures
- Expertise in market benchmarking using Radford, Pave, or Mercer
- Experience building salary structures and compensation modeling
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proven experience in global compensation practices and geographic pay strategies
- Ability to administer compensation systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience identifying opportunities to automate workflows using AI or other technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a company-wide compensation philosophy or job architecture redesign
- Experience preparing Compensation Committee or Board materials
- Experience supporting equity compensation programs
- Knowledge of sales compensation and incentive plan design
