Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of Array’s Compliance Management Program and related policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials, consumer-facing content, disclosures, websites, and customer journeys
• Support compliance reviews of new products, features, client use cases, and third-party relationships
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing activities to assess adherence to regulatory requirements
• Assist with consumer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts
• Support regulatory change management by tracking new laws and supervisory guidance
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Information Security teams
• Maintain compliance documentation, risk assessments, issue logs, and corrective action plans
• Research and analyze applicable laws including FCRA, FACTA, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, ECOA, Reg E, Reg Z, and SCRA

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance, risk management, audit, legal, or fintech experience
• Working knowledge of consumer protection regulations (FCRA, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, ECOA, Reg E, Reg Z, SCRA)
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience reviewing consumer-facing communications and marketing materials
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, or Confluence
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a fintech, sponsor bank program, or Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA)
• Familiarity with CFPB expectations and Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
• CRCM, CCEP, CAMS, CFCS, or similar certification
• Experience with credit reporting, identity, privacy, or embedded finance products
