Compliance & Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual business process control assessment cycle, including risk assessment, scoping, and testing
• Coordinate with Internal and External Audit on testing and evidence requests
• Evaluate the impact of control deficiencies and recommend severity conclusions
• Maintain SOX documentation including policies, procedures, and control matrices
• Develop and drive actionable remediation plans for identified deficiencies
• Manage quarterly control certifications and assess process/system changes
• Mentor junior team members on testing methodology and AuditBoard usage

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree
• In-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Experience designing and implementing internal controls
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience managing relationships with external audit firms

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional certification
