Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE and international financial regulations.
  • Implement and maintain AML/KYC frameworks and transaction monitoring processes.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Prepare regulatory filings and compliance reports for senior management.
  • Deliver compliance training and awareness across the Dubai office.
  • Liaise with regulators and external auditors as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a compliance or regulatory role within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, and financial regulations applicable to brokerage firms.
  • Experience performing internal audits and compliance assessments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAMS, ICA, or similar AML/compliance certification.
  • Degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with trading platforms, CFDs, or brokerage compliance.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory interactions in the UAE or MENA region.
