Compliance & Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to scope and implement state-specific NIBRS compliance requirements
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to identify reporting issues and recommend workflow improvements
• Analyze incident and records data to validate compliance with state and federal standards
• Work with Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to address complex reporting scenarios
• Assist customers in understanding NIBRS reporting requirements and best practices
• Investigate data discrepancies and support customers through corrective actions

Requirements

• Professional experience supporting public safety records management, reporting, or compliance
• Strong understanding of NIBRS reporting standards
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical solutions
• Experience working across multiple state reporting requirements is highly preferred
