Job description
Responsibilities
- Conduct and respond to internal and external audits for all jurisdictions
- Complete daily reports while meeting metric requirements
- Provide assistance with I-9 approvals
- Assist with conflict reporting and collaborate with the finance department
- Perform legal document reviews
- Investigate fraud, waste, and abuse claims
- Act as a resource for escalated concerns
- Conduct quality assurance reviews
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with computers and phone systems
- Experience with data input and case review
- 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with internal and external audits
