Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and respond to internal and external audits for all jurisdictions
  • Complete daily reports while meeting metric requirements
  • Provide assistance with I-9 approvals
  • Assist with conflict reporting and collaborate with the finance department
  • Perform legal document reviews
  • Investigate fraud, waste, and abuse claims
  • Act as a resource for escalated concerns
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with computers and phone systems
  • Experience with data input and case review
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with internal and external audits
