Responsibilities

  • Call applied Members outbound to build rapport and connection
  • Answer inbound SMS, email, and calls with high speed and accuracy
  • Engage in curious, meaningful conversations to understand Member needs
  • Drive Member conversion from application to event attendance
  • Meet performance targets and outcome-based bonuses

Requirements

  • Background in high-touch hospitality (e.g., hotel front office, private clubs, fine dining)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles where relationship management was central
  • Confidence in making both cold and warm outbound calls
  • Professional demeanor suitable for high-net-worth individuals
  • Clear, warm, and easy-to-understand speaking voice
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for calls
  • Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the US
