Job description

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls, text messages, patient portal communications, and emails
  • Handle tasks within the Navigator task management system
  • Book appointments based on patient requests and company policy
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between Care Navigation, Operations, Medical, Revenue, and Billing
  • Screen patients to obtain demographic and appointment information for CRM and EHR input
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with high-caliber clientele

Requirements

  • High School degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of customer service, hospitality, medical office, or concierge experience
  • Strong administrative background in phone-based customer management
  • Strong database and systems skills
  • Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and think critically
  • High attention to detail
