Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client calls and provide professional customer service
  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotes using company handbooks and pricing books
  • Monitor residential renovation projects and coordinate with field teams like carpenters and technicians
  • Track project progress and maintain organized digital records
  • Perform light bookkeeping including expense entry, invoice tracking, and payment reminders

Requirements

  • Strong background in construction or real estate
  • Experience handling North American based clients
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Basic understanding of U.S. residential renovation terminology and workflows
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, project coordination, or estimating
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software or spreadsheets
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm CST
