Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Invitations to Bid (ITBs) with subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain project files, drawing logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support Project Managers with project startup and administrative coordination
- Assist estimators with bid-day coordination and quantity takeoffs
- Draft, edit, and format proposal documents and technical narratives
- Develop and maintain a centralized subcontractor and vendor database
- Support business development and industry event preparation
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
- Experience supporting commercial or federal construction projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel throughout the Continental United States (CONUS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal construction contracts
- Familiarity with USACE RMS, Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or Bluebeam
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects
