Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Invitations to Bid (ITBs) with subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintain project files, drawing logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Support Project Managers with project startup and administrative coordination
  • Assist estimators with bid-day coordination and quantity takeoffs
  • Draft, edit, and format proposal documents and technical narratives
  • Develop and maintain a centralized subcontractor and vendor database
  • Support business development and industry event preparation

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
  • Experience supporting commercial or federal construction projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel throughout the Continental United States (CONUS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal construction contracts
  • Familiarity with USACE RMS, Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement processes
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or Bluebeam
  • Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects
