Consultant Relations Director

Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering physician-led, evidence-based care for obesity and related cardiometabolic conditions. Founded in 2019, Form Health is a venture-backed, mission-driven company partnering with leading employers and health plans to expand access to high-quality, guideline-based obesity and cardiometabolic care nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key consultants and senior leaders at major benefits consulting organizations
• Position Form Health's products and capabilities to maximize inclusion in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate requests for proposals and opportunity discovery
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and consultant feedback to share with internal leadership
• Represent the company at national conferences, industry events, and client-consultant meetings (up to 30% travel)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant employer benefits experience in consultant relations
• Established network of contacts across key consulting firms such as Aon, Mercer, and WTW
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts and differentiated approaches in simple terms
• Bachelor's degree preferred
