Content Creator & On-Camera Talent

Responsibilities

• Film yourself on camera for short-form and long-form video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and paid ads
• Produce 3-5 polished videos weekly including product tutorials, UGC-style ads, industry explainers, and thought leadership content
• Write engaging scripts and hooks aligned with business goals and trending formats
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut with subtitles, transitions, and consistent branding
• Demonstrate tech tools like Zapier, Make, and CRMs through screen recordings and walkthroughs
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with clear, US-fluent English
• Experience editing short-form and long-form video content
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn CRMs and automation tools quickly
• Proactive and organized with consistent output delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, or UGC work
• Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation
• Experience writing scripts or storyboards
• Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points
• Knowledge of lighting, microphones, and camera settings
