Responsibilities

• Write for interfaces and other content channels, designing cohesive, consistent, and efficient narratives with minimal direction.
• Help define the business vision for various products within the tribe.
• Direct the customer journey discovery process using advanced research techniques and exploratory data analysis.
• Translate solutions into hypothesis testing and impact the tribe's roadmap.
• Coordinate and facilitate interaction with stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Shape strategic decisions and validate success metrics and KPI-based prioritization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in content design.
• Proven track record of leading a launched project in a market.
• Ability to work on ambiguous problems without predefined scope.
• Experience balancing deadline and quality while prioritizing difficult tasks.
• Ability to act as a reference for solution detail decision-making.
• Capability to provide constructive criticism and disseminate technical knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-influence collaborative interactions within a tribe.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and information synthesis.
• Ability to effectively communicate the logic behind design decisions.
• Proficiency in using Generative AI tools (specifically Claude and Gemini) to optimize Conversational Design and Content Chat flows.
• Experience developing, testing, and refining advanced prompts to ensure tone of voice and clarity.
