Content Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AirOps content workflows across all content types
• Create and configure brand kits during client onboarding and maintain sync mechanisms
• Assess workflow output quality at the structural level, including research approach and methodology alignment
• Update workflows to accommodate new formats, methodology changes, and template updates
• Onboard new clients as the pilot expands
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate to AirOps support when necessary
• Experiment with new AirOps capabilities to expand Foundation's use of the platform

Requirements

• Systems thinking to break content processes into logical steps
• AI fluency with prompt logic and automation platforms
• Strong content knowledge and understanding of different content types
• High attention to detail regarding prompt changes and downstream effects
• Self-directed and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AirOps, n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Background in content operations, strategy, editorial, or content creation
• Familiarity with SEO, B2B content marketing, or AI visibility (GEO)
