Responsibilities

• Publish multiple pieces of content every week across formats and channels
• Own the weekly editorial meeting and the quarterly content roadmap
• Manage SEO and AEO articles to drive organic pipeline
• Ghost-write LinkedIn posts, essays, and op-eds for executives
• Build and manage presence on Twitter/X and Reddit
• Lead creative brand campaigns including video, podcasts, and physical books
• Launch and grow external email newsletters
• Build and run content production pipelines powered by agentic AI tools
• Brief and manage external creative partners

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in B2B content, brand, or editorial roles
• Proven ability to design content for specific distribution channels
• High-volume output capability with maintained quality
• Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and email ecosystems
• AI-native workflow experience using tools like Claude
• Strong understanding of B2B software brand building

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries
• Journalism or long-form editorial background
• Video production fluency (scripting, directing, or editing)
• Podcast production experience
• Experience scaling content at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR phase
