Content Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and run original, research-backed content including annual industry surveys and flagship reports
• Own SEO and AEO strategy using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console
• Implement structured data to earn citations in AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
• Write high-converting website, landing page, and email copy using CMS tools like WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot
• Build organic social communities on LinkedIn and Reddit to drive lead generation
• Use AI tools for content production while maintaining rigorous human fact-checking and editorial standards
• Track performance via GA4 and report on organic visibility, answer-engine citations, and MQLs

Requirements

• C1/C2 English writing proficiency with a portfolio of B2B or technical work
• 4+ years of content marketing experience with strategic ownership
• Strong technical and on-page SEO expertise
• Demonstrated capability in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console
• Experience using AI content tools with a disciplined human-in-the-loop process
• Proven ability to build organic social audiences for lead generation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. financial institution tech stacks and core banking
• Experience with survey design and interviewing subject matter experts
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo
• Experience in executive ghostwriting or ABM content
• Background in Fintech or B2B SaaS
