Job description
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, videos, and audio
- Identify, assess, and take action on content violating platform standards
- Support quality assurance initiatives and suggest process improvements
- Provide advisory support and recommendations on moderation decisions
- Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases to relevant teams
- Stay updated on policy changes, regulations, and emerging content trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and enforcement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive or potentially distressing content professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
