Content Producer

Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development:

• Work with Paige to define and refine content strategies across TikTok, IG Pinterest, and any other relevant channels
• Work with Paige to refine the content calendar across all channels

Content Planning/Execution

• Ideate and propose creative concepts for TikTok content (if different from reels)
• Organize photoshoots w/ Paige, UGC creators and yourself to produce visually compelling and engaging content for all social platforms each month (must be willing and able to be on camera)
• Manage the end-to-end process of video production, from concept development to final delivery.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain brand consistency and messaging accuracy.

Reporting:

• Track social benchmarks and content performance to tailor our strategy.
• Once we start running paid, be a key player in helping assist which content should be run as ads
• Notify Paige if content is killing it and we will run ads

Requirements

• Proven on-camera presence and confidence
• Strong interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products
• Ability to align authentically with a female-focused brand
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms
• Comfortable participating in photoshoots and video production
• Ability to organize and manage content calendars and deliverables
• Flexible, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset
