Content & Visual Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photo and video content (reels, shorts, interviews, product showcases, event coverage, BTS) using cameras and mobile devices.
• Plan and execute shoots: storyboards, scripts, shot lists, location scouting, equipment setup and logistics.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, sound design, transitions and retention-focused techniques for social platforms.
• Edit and retouch photos using Lightroom and Photoshop; prepare assets for multi-platform publishing.
• Maintain and manage a monthly content calendar; coordinate production timelines and posting schedules.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (reach, retention, watch time, CTR, engagement) and apply data-driven optimisations.
• Write captions, descriptions and short-form scripts aligned to brand voice; collaborate on campaign creative.
• Support social media growth initiatives: trend identification, format recommendations and community asset creation.
• Manage and organise a central asset library for quick retrieval and reuse across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and external vendors to support broader business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years producing digital content for brands, preferably in the UAE or GCC market.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva for rapid asset creation.
• Familiarity with AI-driven image/video tools (advantage).
• Portfolio or links to past work (reels, campaigns, photo galleries).
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Film, Design or related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving licence (advantage) and flexibility for on-location shoots.
