Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and maintain contracts that comply with applicable regulations, policies, and standards
  • Identify and notify management of potential operational, legal, and financial issues
  • Manage contract template documents and reference materials
  • Maintain precise documentation of contractual records and resolutions
  • Monitor contract anniversaries for renewal and coordinate renegotiations
  • Manage database requirements and maintain an accurate inventory of pending contracts

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program
  • Associate's Degree in a related field (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in legal analysis and legal writing
  • Ability to navigate the healthcare regulatory environment
