Contract Billing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate contract billing activities to ensure an accurate accounts receivable system
• Oversee entry of contract billing data into the accounting system
• Ensure accuracy of customer accounts, funding reconciliations, invoicing, and postings
• Maintain compliance with FAR, SCA, and GAAP standards
• Drive continuous process improvement with the Finance Manager
• Provide training and professional development to staff
• Manage monthly Accounts Receivable close deadlines
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of directly related A/R experience
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of accounting regulatory and compliance standards (FAR, GAAP, SCA)
• Experience with Adobe Professional
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in federal government contracting
• Experience with invoicing software such as Costpoint, Vipers, IPP, WAWF, or Delphi-iSupplier
