Responsibilities

  • Lead dynamic live webinars for Fortune 500 clients to help them unlock product value
  • Deliver engaging and thoughtful training sessions that inspire participants
  • Achieve high satisfaction scores and drive strong engagement across all sessions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients derive value from tools through individual and team usage
  • Provide occasional 1:1 and group user coaching and training sessions
  • Proactively adjust approach based on client goals, habits, and engagement levels

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments (startups preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships virtually
  • Fluency in German, French, or Spanish
  • High velocity execution skills with natural attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient
  • Comfortable working independently across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage startup environments
