About the Company

Retell AI is using first principles to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. Backed by Y Combinator and Alt Capital, the company has scaled rapidly to $60M ARR and is building a modern CX platform powered by intelligent AI workers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound recruiting efforts
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate closely with interviewers and hiring managers to drive efficient hiring decisions
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the ATS
  • Develop creative approaches to attract top talent in highly competitive markets
  • Help improve recruiting processes, interview workflows, and hiring operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical, product, AI/ML, or GTM roles
  • Ability to work primarily during Pacific Time (PT/PST) business hours
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of filling difficult or specialized roles
  • Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
