Control Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned control accounts through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Develop and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, metrics, and reporting
• Track and analyze program performance metrics including ETC, EAC, CPI, and SPI
• Maintain parallel program tracking systems and perform aggregate analysis across multiple data sources
• Partner with subcontractor-led CAMs and external stakeholders to validate program performance data
• Support Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource planning, and baseline management
• Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs), and DCMA audits
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends in partnership with Program Managers
• Prepare program status reports, financial analyses, and executive-level briefings
• Assist with proposal efforts and basis of estimate development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Control Account Management, Program Controls, or Program Finance
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience supporting government contracts and understanding FAR and EVMS
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
