Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to drive enterprise value
  • Design and implement agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and autonomous AI actions
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems using Power Automate and various APIs
  • Develop reusable orchestration patterns and intelligent agent architectures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
  • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and workflow refinement
  • Support the iterative testing, rollout, and scaling of production-ready AI agents

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of overall technology experience
  • Hands-on expertise in building agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Proven experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG, and prompt engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Power Automate for creating cloud flows and integrations
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience working within Agile delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or Semantic Kernel
  • Experience with Power Apps and Dataverse
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and Power Platform ALM
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for developing custom plugins and connectors
  • Understanding of multi-agent orchestration and communication patterns
