Copywriter - Conversion & Growth

Responsibilities

• Write paid media ad copy across platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Produce landing page copy from briefs and wireframes in collaboration with designers
• Create conversion-focused copy for A/B tests, including headline variants and CTA copy
• Write email and SMS copy for lifecycle campaigns within client brand voice guidelines
• Rewrite underperforming copy based on test results and analytics
• Build, train, and manage brand-specific AI writing agents using custom prompts and voice calibration
• Collaborate with strategists on hypothesis development for experimentation roadmaps

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in conversion copywriting, direct-response, or performance marketing
• Proven experience writing paid media and email/SMS copy
• Demonstrated experience building AI writing agents (e.g., custom GPTs, Claude projects)
• Portfolio showcasing copy written for testing (ads, landing pages, or email campaigns)
• Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to diverse B2B and B2C brand voices
