Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting edge protocols for the Polkadot protocol and application teams
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure direct impact of work
• Work on tooling and abstractions that enable joyous applications
• Collaborate in an open-source culture through peer reviews

• Strong understanding of system design and complex systems

• Good communication skills with the ability to present work in plain English via blog posts or conferences
