About the Company

Sharebite is the leading food ordering platform built for companies to feed their employees. Every meal ordered on Sharebite results in a meal donation through local partners like Feeding America and City Harvest.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for corporate clients
  • Act as the primary orchestrator of client relationships and internal coordination
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle, including negotiation and contract changes
  • Identify whitespace in accounts to promote upgrades and cross-sells
  • Maintain all corporate client information within Salesforce
  • Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success or account management
  • Experience in a SaaS or growth-stage tech company
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Strong familiarity with CRM solutions like Salesforce
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Salesforce
  • Understanding of technical components around account management
