Job description

Responsibilities

  • Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, and complex commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and manage credit agreements, security agreements, and financing documentation
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on significant corporate projects
  • Support the structuring, execution, and closing of multiple transactions
  • Help develop efficient legal processes and internal documentation standards
  • Perform corporate, securities, and governance-related legal work

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • 3+ years of relevant corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
