Corporate/Commercial Lawyer

Responsibilities

1. Support the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters
2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
3. Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk and commercially focused issues
4. Assist with corporate governance, policies, and compliance-related work
5. Work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel where required
6. Operate with discretion and professionalism in a government-facing environment

Requirements

1. Senior Associate–level lawyer (7+ years’ PQE)
2. Common law qualified (e.g., UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada)
3. Solid experience across corporate and commercial law
4. Currently based in the UAE, with willingness to work in Abu Dhabi
5. Comfortable working on a contract/secondment basis, including holding (or obtaining) a freelance or spousal visa
