Corporate Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet forecasting and monthly variance analysis including working capital, accrued liabilities, and debt
• Maintain the company's 5+ year long-term integrated financial model and provide scenario-ready outputs
• Own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast and monitor covenant compliance
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management and ownership reporting packages
• Serve as the primary FP&A liaison to the Accounting team to ensure alignment on close processes and GAAP compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to validate forecasting assumptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury
• Direct experience with cash flow forecasting and balance sheet modeling
• Demonstrated ability to maintain integrated three-statement financial models
• Proficiency in interpreting GAAP financials and working capital dynamics
• Advanced Excel skills and strong executive presentation ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a private equity firm, PE-backed company, or investment bank
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
• Experience with FP&A/BI tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience in a multi-location, retail, or hardware-oriented business
