Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train new Account Executives
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales in the Mid-Market segment
  • Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability
  • Coach and develop team skill sets and career growth
  • Manage activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals
  • Provide accurate forecasts to leadership
  • Collaborate on initiatives to drive new business and expansion revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years managing Account Executives in SaaS
  • Proven experience building sales teams in the Mid-Market segment
  • Track record of overperformance as a SaaS Account Executive
  • Experience negotiating deals between $10k-$200k
  • Deep understanding of value-based sales and sales cycles
  • Ability to analyze KPI data to identify trends and create action plans
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for customer and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Inventory Management, Back Office, or ERP technologies
  • Experience using GAP Selling and MEDDICC frameworks
  • Experience in the Restaurant & Hospitality technology sector
