Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement company quality standards
• Monitor, review, and enforce quality policies and procedures
• Manage the network's Quality Incident Program
• Develop quality assurance plans through hazard analyses and monitoring
• Validate product specifications and develop quality processes
• Maintain product quality through company, system, and compliance audits
• Prepare quality documentation, metrics, and performance analyses
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the administration of the company's document management system
• Oversee handling of customer complaints and CAPA processes
• Serve as an expert in FDA, USDA, SQF, and CSQ regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years in food manufacturing quality assurance
• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's in microbiology, food science, or chemical engineering preferred)
• Proficiency in SQF, FSMA, and other food safety systems
• HACCP and PCQI certification required
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems preferred
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass background checks and be approved by state badging agencies
