About the Company

CI Azumano Travel is Seneca Holdings' full-service travel management company for businesses, governments, and personal travelers. We offer 24/7 support for travelers while also supporting customers with travel expense management, policy implementation, technology solutions, business intelligence tools, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a travel expert and professional guide for contracted corporate clients
• Plan domestic and international business travel adhering to organizational policies
• Conduct fact-finding interviews to secure cost-effective travel arrangements using airline and hotel reservation systems
• Maintain tracking of operational queues including Action, Error, and Cancel status
• Initiate cancellation or reservation change processes to completion
• Provide updates to client organizations regarding itineraries, local customs, passports, and visas
• Conduct research on travel industry changes and trends
• Maintain high-quality customer service and recommend value-added services
• Serve as a backup Consultant for other accounts as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or 1-3 years of related experience
• At least 2 years of experience arranging domestic and international travel
• Proficiency using the Apollo Global Distribution System (GDS) and ticketing software
• Knowledge of airline travel sites and online booking tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
