Cost Optimisation Specialist (Chinese)

Responsibilities

• Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control
• Analysing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities
• Developing and implementing cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM
• Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation

Requirements

• English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations
