Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children through telehealth
  • Utilize empirically supported therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure wraparound support for families
  • Participate in family care meetings with other providers
  • Engage in clinical mentorship through the Clinical Ladder Program

Requirements

  • Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
  • Current unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW, PCC, or LMFT)
  • Minimum 1 year of licensure in the state of practice
  • 1+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
  • Ability to obtain Mental Health Provider licensure in required states within 60 days
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona
