Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source and generate leads using LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms
  • Conduct proactive outreach via cold/warm calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn messages
  • Perform in-depth consultations to understand prospective students' goals and challenges
  • Recommend suitable courses and provide detailed information on structure, benefits, and pricing
  • Manage the full enrollment cycle, including consistent follow-ups and objection handling
  • Maintain accurate lead and interaction records within Zoho CRM
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth student experience

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales, academic counseling, or lead generation
  • Must hold an independent visa or a husband's visa (company does not sponsor visas)
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and LinkedIn lead generation strategies
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business
  • Highly self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
