CPT-11492 Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Schedule and publish content consistently based on established strategies
• Repurpose videos, podcasts, and written content into reels, clips, and graphics
• Maintain organized content calendars across multiple brands
• Execute campaigns for book sales, group enrollment, and nonprofit initiatives
• Coordinate podcast promotion and assets with guests and production partners
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media or digital marketing
• Proficiency in content creation and repurposing
• Experience using Canva and AI content tools
• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST)
• Comfort and sensitivity when engaging with suicide-prevention subject matter

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media scheduling tools and Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with short-form video editing and reels
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics, SEO, or paid social advertising
