Creative Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multidisciplinary creative team (design and copy) ensuring quality and consistency
• Lead conceptual development of projects, aligning strategy, narrative, and creative execution
• Review and approve deliverables for campaigns, institutional content, product materials, and social media
• Act hands-on when necessary to support the team during critical or strategic projects
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder alignment
• Integrate with Branding, Product Marketing, Growth, and Customer Marketing areas
• Incorporate AI tools into creative workflows to increase productivity and scale
• Monitor market trends in communication, creativity, and technology

Requirements

• 8+ years of solid experience in creation, branding, and communication
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
• Solid knowledge of AI tools applied to creative and strategic processes
• Mastery of design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to structure creative frameworks, guidelines, and processes
• Experience in complex, high-growth, or multi-brand environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic vision and visual consistency
