Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Direct, ideate, and produce high-impact short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Build and structure a media engine for both paid ads and organic content
• Provide strategic creative vision that aligns with business growth objectives
• Manage and mentor creative teams, driving shoots and campaigns forward
• Support clients and internal teams with creative consulting and direct coaching

Requirements

• 3+ years of creative production or media experience, ideally within a creative media agency
• Strong hands-on experience producing and directing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, FB Shorts, YouTube Shorts, etc)
• Demonstrated ability to manage creative teams or cross-functional projects
• Able to balance creative vision with business objectives
• Organised, proactive communicator who can drive shoots and campaigns forward
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
