Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and evolve the global creative direction of Humantra
  • Approve and oversee all major visual outputs, from campaigns to content to packaging
  • Partner with Brand team on campaign concepts, narratives, and rollouts
  • Lead art direction for brand shoots and content production
  • Maintain consistency across every asset while pushing creative boundaries
  • Ensure the brand’s visual identity evolves while staying recognisable and ownable
  • Act as a creative thought partner to key stakeholders across the company

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in creative or art direction, ideally in premium lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or culturally relevant brands
  • A strong visual thinker with taste, clarity, and point of view
  • Experienced in leading creative teams, shoots, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable taking brand strategy and translating it into cohesive visual systems
  • Detail-obsessed but also able to zoom out and drive long-term creative direction
  • Confident making creative calls and upholding standards globally
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE
