Creative Marketing Manager

About the Company

HabitOne is a Ukrainian foodtech startup creating a functional nutrition ecosystem. We develop products like drinks, snacks, and chocolate tailored to specific bodily needs such as energy, focus, immunity, and digestion. As part of the SKELAR venture builder, we are scaling rapidly with plans to launch multiple brands and expand into European and Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising creatives and analyze their performance to attract new users
• Monitor and analyze the market to generate data-driven hypotheses for new creatives
• Generate ideas to improve products and marketing funnels
• Analyze test results and evaluate the effectiveness of individual creative elements
• Initiate new tests and identify opportunities to scale successful concepts
• Actively participate in brainstorms and internal creative sessions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in creative or performance marketing
• Ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses
• Proactive approach and high level of responsibility
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze results and draw conclusions
• Understanding of key marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC
• Strong creative and critical thinking skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
