Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the intake, scoping, and triage of creative requests across the company
  • Build and maintain realistic sprint schedules for the Brand Studio team
  • Remove blockers and communicate clearly regarding project status and priority shifts
  • Build and improve internal capacity planning tools using AI-assisted methods
  • Hold team members accountable to deadlines and manage tradeoffs in scope and capacity

Requirements

  • 3+ years in project management, production, or creative operations
  • Experience managing high-volume creative workflows and stakeholder requests
  • Proficiency with Notion or similar project management tools
  • Experience using no-code or AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code) to build internal automations
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting brand or creative teams specifically
  • Proven track record of building or improving project management systems
  • Strong ability to communicate technical or operational constraints to non-creative stakeholders
