About the Company

Flipper is the creator of Flipper Zero, a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. The team is currently building new products including Flipper One, an ARM-based Linux computer, and BUSY Bar, a smart productivity multi-tool.

Responsibilities

• Find external freelance videographers and editors to build a reliable roster
• Establish and maintain a stable weekly production cycle
• Work with the internal writers team on scripts
• Collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Strategist on generating ad concepts
• Oversee all filming by external videographers and internal team members
• Oversee all editing by external editors, reviewing cuts and providing detailed feedback

Requirements

• Ability to work within GMT+2 (±2 hours)
• 3+ years in a creative or content production role, ideally producing paid ad content
• Deep working knowledge of video production (framing, lighting, shot composition, pacing, and cuts)
• Proven track record managing freelance videographers and editors end-to-end
• Genuine interest in tech products and related content
