About the Company

Donut Studios is the in-house creative studio for New Engen, a digital marketing agency. We craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for ambitious brands by integrating media, creative, analytics, and influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven creative and messaging strategies for digital channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Act as an in-house creative strategist for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on creative direction and media best practices
• Translate consumer insights and behaviors into compelling creative concepts
• Collaborate with media teams to review campaign performance and optimize creative effectiveness
• Manage creative execution pipelines using Asana and Slack
• Review final creative exports to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in direct response and social media creative strategy
• Experience at a creative or performance marketing agency
• Deep knowledge of digital trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of culture and digital trends
• Excellent performance marketing and creative instincts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in creating UGC (User Generated Content)
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Proficiency in Asana and Google Sheets
